OVERVIEW:

Trips must begin with a destination in mind and with the means for getting there.  The same holds true for clinical education.  We must clearly identify what students should accomplish during clinical education, develop a plan for getting our preceptors on the same page, and then measure whether the outcomes were achieved.  This workshop will blend the writing of measureable clinical education outcomes with strategies for tailoring preceptor education to implement them.
